At the 15th Multisensory Research Meeting held at Waseda University in November 2024, we gave a demonstration of a "switch device that intervenes in smartphone usage by expressing ON/OFF intentions."

I would like to use the feedback I received for future reference.
  • Is it okay to quantitatively evaluate the number of (startup times / OFF/ON)?
  • Can office workers turn off at the office?
    • Is it possible to “turn off motivation” in a place where people can see it?
  • It might be a good idea to pursue a design that applies to the goal you are aiming for (location/desk/portability)
Personally...
  • Is there a better name than “motivation switch”?

The demo is a set that I always carry with me.
  • 3 iPhoneXs
  • 3 switch devices
  • Chargers
  • 15-inch mobile monitor (one monitor this time due to space constraints)
  • media player
  • A3 panel
I took it with me.
